When will my order be delivered?

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

How can I track my order?

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

Shipping carriers sometimes take a few days to update tracking information. If you don’t see movement after several business days, contact our support team for assistance.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, or your local post office. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at hello@luckyfours.com.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your address. Once it’s been shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed, though we’ll do our best to assist. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t shipped yet. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All customs duties and taxes are covered by Lucky Fours, so you won’t have to pay extra fees upon delivery.

Can I upgrade to express shipping after ordering?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact customer support to arrange the upgrade.

Do you offer shipping protection?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Warranty & Product Issues

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all watches are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What does the warranty cover?

● Covered: Movement issues, clasp malfunctions, manufacturing defects.
● Not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond the watch’s resistance rating.

What if my watch stops working or is defective?

Please contact us at hello@luckyfours.com with a photo or short video of the issue. Our team will review your claim and let you know the next steps. In some cases, we may recommend visiting a watch specialist for repair under warranty.

What if my order arrived incomplete, wrong, or damaged?

Please contact customer support immediately with photos or details. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct or missing item, or arranging a replacement.

Can I exchange an item purchased on a BOGO promotion?

Yes, you can exchange an item purchased through a promotion. Standard exchange fees andshipping charges may apply.
