The watch fits great looks pretty clean too. Only complaint I have is that the paint is coming off pretty fast. Other than that it's awesome. It glows in the dark so I can still get the time.

Legitimate dive watch. Over exceeded my expectations. Have multiple comments a day around the office about it. I’ve used while free diving (haven’t tested if it is true to 300M), but never one issue yet. Power reserve is decent compared to medium to high end automatic watches. Lasts longer than some seiko’s, orients, citizens, not as long as a Tudor.

It’s heavier than expected. Seems well made. I’m not a huge fan of the branding/logo so I swapped out the dial. Lume is excellent on bezel, hands, and dial. Movement seems to be well-regulated or maybe I just got lucky. Keeps good time.

This is my first SD watch and I am impressed. I love almost everything about it... the green dial and bezel, jubilee bracelet, engraved caseback and super bright lume. I generally prefer not to have a cyclops but I have to say this one perfectly aligned with the date and magnification is good.

This Steeldive is made very well. I have several Seiko and Citizen watches, and it is very comparable to them. This Steeldive has a sapphire crystal where they have hardlex though.

Very happy with this purchase! I thought a few of the 1953 reviews were a little sketchy, but grabbed it during a sale. The bezel and crown both feel very smooth. I got the Blue/Blue on the Jubilee band. The bezel matches the dial face color very well, and the lume is great. The Jubilee band link adjusted without issue, and I took an addition 2 steps in the dive deployment to fine tune the fit. For a smaller case, this has a really nice weighty feel to it. Very nice "homage" watch, and inexpensive enough to daily.
