Hi, I recently purchased this watch from Lucky Fours, but the minute hand appears to be faulty. It is very loose and moves on its own whenever I tilt or move the watch, so it does not keep the correct time. This seems to be a manufacturing defect. Right out of the box, it felt well-made, and over time it’s continued to prove that it’s built with solid quality. The materials feel durable, and it keeps time reliably without any issues. One of my favorite things about it is how versatile it is. I can throw it on with a casual outfit, and it looks great, but it also works just as well when I’m dressing up a bit. It strikes a nice balance between everyday wear and something a little more polished. I ordered 4 watches from Lucky Fours after ordering 2 watches several months ago (that i absolutely love) these next 4 watches were to be groomsmens gifts for my wedding on January 10th. One of the 4 watches showed up defective. I contacted Lucky Fours customer service and they didnt skip a beat. They sent a replacement watch out and they made sure that I had a working watch. I am sure that I was a tough customer to deal with. I kept emailing them and honestly I wasnt very nice about it. All the nerves of a wedding and all the moving parts...I for sure was full of nerves. These guys were great. They apologized, they were patient with me and in the end they made sure that I had 4 working watches for my wedding. Not every transaction is perfect, but you can tell a lot about how good a business is when they recover from the hiccups they way luck Fours has with me. These watches are the best value online for this type watch. This company is one with integrity and they care about their name, and their customers. I am very proud to be giving this 4 watches to my 4 closest friends. I thank you so much Lucky Fours for putting up with me and also doing the right thing by me as a customer.
