Nice
Wasn’t sure what to expect. Quality of watches are quite impressive. Huge fan of the aesthetics (appearances) of the Falcon line. Was not a fan of the Ronin. Falcon looks, feels, and weighs enough to feel confident with it. Exchange process was simple and reasonable price wise. I had to reach out to determine if I had to send the Ronin back, which I didn’t. Pleasant and appreciated surprise.
Everything was awesome. Shipping took a little longer than I expected. But overall the product is nice.
Shipping and the whole package was well kept and in great condition extremely happy with all 3 of my purchases will continue to buy more watches from this company.
The pins came out after one day of wearing it with no intense activity for it to happen
The shipping protection saved my ass because it took a month to deliver but then never did.
I didn't know the items were shipped from China. I bought 2. One didn't look anything like the picture. They both had pins fall out after being resized. They are so light. I am not impressed.

I love the watches. It looks exactly like what I saw online. i wanted to upload a video on Instagram and tag you guys. But I haven't gotten around to it yet. Because the adjustment tool to adjust the length is broken. So I haven't been able to adjust it according to my size yet.
Recently received my watches got two for my wedding one for my best man and myself and super nice watches! Will be buying more soon
Very nice watch i only wish you'd start using a better watch band these are to light in weight and tinny compared to the watch piece it self but all in all for the money nice '
After a delayed delivery, Keith was so helpful in finding a solution. Not only did he expedite my replacement, he personally check in with me and confirm the progress of shipment. That meant a lot to me. Always polite and professional through the whole process.
Very disappointed one watch won't stay running. The other watch has worked for a couple weeks now it regularly stops and I have to keep resetting it.. they look great. They don't work very well.
I purchased two of the santos watches. It looks and feels great only problem i have is it has the wrong date and day. The watch does not allow me to change yhat only the time i can change.
Love the watches. The all black watch was not as heavy as the commercials made them out to be. Both watches are more than great.
You link removing tool snapped half way through and wasn’t able to remove the links. So now I had to pay someone to size it for me. Do better
Don’t live in the best neighborhood so getting the delivery insurance is a no-brainer

The watches were so nice someone stole my watches before it could get to me. I contacted lucky fours it took a week or two but they helped me get my watches and the quality is nice and looks pretty great!

They look so expensive but I only spend around 220! They look so good for the price, the quality is amazing and it comes in a little box to open. Highly recommend spending money on these instead of 500$ on a watch that looks the same.
