The watches look very nice my complaint is the pins in the watch band are almost impossible to get out. I own 18 watches and I have plenty of experience taking out links and these pins won't budge, i broke $30 of my own personal tools just trying to remove some links and at this point I have given up. It's extremely disappointing that I waited almost 3 weeks for watches I can't even wear on top of the new tools I have to order again. I was looking forward to these watches for weeks and I even joined the VIP list to get new arrivals early and now im reconsidering ordering from lucky fours again if this the issue im gonna face ever time I buy a watch from this company

Watches look really nice and keep great time. Delivery was super quick. The only criticism is how difficult they were to adjust the length of the strap. The pins were seized in and I had to bring to a watch shop to have adjusted. The other, I soaked the pins in WD-40 and was much easier and able to adjust on my own. With that, the tool they provided was super cheap and broke first time using, fortunately I had a second adjustment tool that was of better quality. If not for the cheap adjustment tool that broke and the need to bring to a watch shop for adjustment I’d give a 5 star. It’s not lost on me these watches are a fraction of the price of a designer brand and they truly do feel look good quality and look great.
